Course Overview & Strategic Objectives

The Crew Resource Management (CRM) Course is designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for effective teamwork, communication, and decision-making in aviation operations. The course is delivered in accordance with the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) requirements for Crew Resource Management training and is aligned with ICAO human factors principles and industry best practices.

The course focuses on optimizing the use of all available resources—people, equipment, procedures, and information—to enhance safety and operational efficiency. Participants will develop practical competencies in leadership, situational awareness, workload management, threat and error management (TEM), communication, and decision-making in both normal and abnormal operational situations.
