No. Core Instructional Techniques develops instructional competence, but it does not by itself grant a licence, rating, designation, or KCAA instructor approval. Any instructor role remains subject to the applicable licensing, organisational, experience, competency, and approval requirements. CIT strengthens the teaching skills needed to perform effectively once authorised or appointed.

Each organisation must still follow its Training and Procedures Manual and KCAA requirements applicable to the course offered.
